Becci – Keeper of the Code: Training & Compliance Manager
All hands-on deck! Meet Becci Fazldeen, the sharp-eyed navigator who keeps our ship sailing true. As our Training & Compliance Manager, she’s the guardian of the rulebook, the compass, and the treasure map making sure every crew member knows their way around safe waters.
Becci’s journey has been full of adventures, from mentoring green deckhands to fine-tuning shipshape systems that keep us running smoother than a well-oiled galley. She’s passionate about empowering the crew, ensuring everyone feels confident, capable, and ready to tackle whatever the tide brings.
When Becci drops anchor for some well-earned shore leave, she loves exploring the outdoors, enjoying time with her family, and keeping an eye out for the next big adventure.

Rob & Toni Mehigan
CEO & CSO – Wonderland Community Services
Rob is a former school principal and special needs teacher, together with Toni, who has a background as a psychologist and educator specialising in special needs such as autism, ADHD, ODD, and trauma, make a dynamic duo. Toni is also an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner. With a loving family consisting of 5 children and 9 grandchildren, they proudly hold the title of “senior” pirates, or as their children affectionately call them, “mum and dad.” Rob contributes to the organisation as a dedicated Safety/Risk Management Officer, while Toni takes on the role of the CEO/Director. Together, they bring positivity, expertise, and a deep sense of commitment to everything they do.

Support Work Team
Our team is simply exceptional. They are not just average, they are extraordinary. They possess an unwavering commitment, unmatched work ethic, lightning-fast problem-solving skills, boundless empathy, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Each and every one of our workers holds a prestigious Blue and Yellow Card, along with an NDIS Screening Check. Those working with kids from Child Safety are engaged currently in training in Certificate IV Child Youth and Family Intervention. In simpler terms, they have been meticulously scrutinised to ensure their suitability for working with youth with special needs. Our team sets the bar high and continuously raises it. They are simply the best in the business.
